I'm putting jam, marmalade, pickled eggs, fresh eggs if we still have them, miniature hand-sewn chicken paperweights and chai tea (recipe for that nicked from the Omlet forum) in mine. I like the idea of a spiced chai tea mix. It's festive. I think whatever you're putting in, your neighbours are very lucky. It's such a lovely idea to do 'surprise' delivery hampers.
